I've had 1% wins the last couple of days, and you know what? I'll bloody well take them!

My Visible stability score is up to 3 for the first time in weeks. Now, I know that's hardly setting the world on fire, but it's the highest it's been in ages. I'm being very mindful that the risk now is to just crack on and burn out - I've learnt that lesson the hard way more times than I care to count.

So I've been a very good girl and kept within my pace points. No heroics, no "just one more thing" syndrome that usually gets me into trouble. Sometimes being boring is exactly what your body needs.

Minor miracle alert: All three cats came to comfort me this morning. Myka, Jasper, AND little Scarlett - all in the same room, all focused on mum duty. That's like seeing a unicorn in the wild, because typically, Myka and Jasper can't be in the same postcode without a diplomatic incident.

Today's Reality Check:

  • Stability score: 3 (practically Olympic level for me right now)
  • Energy levels: Not terrible (I'll take it)
  • Cat approval rating: 100% (unprecedented)

So I'm feeling blessed for having a goodish day - I just need to keep being good until bedtime and not push my luck. The temptation when you feel a tiny bit better is to do ALL THE THINGS, but that way lies madness and a week in bed.

Today's Affirmations:

  • 1% wins are still wins
  • Pacing isn't giving up - it's being smart
  • Sometimes the cats know exactly what you need

One step forward, which is a blessing in so many ways πŸ™

The wheels are turning a little easier today, and I'm grateful for every smooth rotation.
